TEST

The National Railroad Museum offers a railroad merit badge to Boy Scouts throughout the State of Wisconsin.

The merit badge program follows the standards set by the Boy Scout requirements 33215, examining various aspects of modern freight trains and their engines, Amtrak, the workings and people within a railroad company, Operation Lifesaver and safety precautions, signals and their meanings, and model railroading or railfanning. This program is available to Boy Scout districts as an over-night program and to individuals by request.

The National Railroad Museum is also happy to provide a similar program to Girl Scouts, meeting the requirements for Girl Scout badges. Please contact the Director of Education for additional information and to arrange this program.

Fee: $8.00 per person
